We solve this with contract and disclosure transparency. Our client contracts have a strict anti-bribery clause. All manufacturer quotations and invoice files are sent directly to you. We perform open-book audits where you see all production records, banking sheets, and material cost breakdowns. Any supplier proposing an off-book commission to our team is immediately blacklisted.
We do not establish MOQs; the manufacturers do based on material runs. However, because we provide hands-on engineering, factory auditing, and physical QC inspections, our service model is built for Indian importers with an annualized production volume of at least INR 20 lakh, or a minimum single-order value of INR 8 lakh.
We catch errors where they should be caught: inside the factory before shipment. By doing inline audits (DUPRO) and final pre-shipment inspections (PSI) using strict Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL), we halt production and force factories to repair or remake defective items before signing off on container loading. Our standard contracts hold the manufacturer financially responsible for any defect rate that exceeds agreed AQL thresholds.
You do, entirely. When we negotiate tooling and custom mold creation, the contracts explicitly state that the intellectual property, molds, and files are 100% owned by you. We document this by marking the molds with your serial numbers and can physically move the tooling to another factory in our network if a manufacturer fails to perform.
